Fourth-time Trop Jr entrant and first-time finalist, Adrian Di Salle has won the world’s largest short film festival, for kids by kids, with his short film The Adventures of Lucy. 

The third annual Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA) has announced its award nominees and a number of ACTF supported tiles are in the running.

The seventh Trop Jr festival kicks off this sunny Sunday 8 December from 11am at its new venue Brazilian Fields in Sydney’s Centennial Park.

Ed Oxenbould, Sam Worthington and Anthony LaPaglia are starring in Producer/ Director Robert Connolly’s new feature film, Paper Planes, which started shooting this month.
