The project commenced in 2021 and explored the cultural, social and economic impact of Australian children’s television and the work of the ACTF. It includes perspectives of children, parents, educators, producers and other creative practitioners, to inform ACTF’s priorities and policies.
These two reports present findings from surveys carried out with parents and guardians of children aged 14 years and younger. Survey topics included screen viewing practices, the role of local children’s television, and valued SVOD features and functionality.
