Returns Policy

The ACTF will refund any technically defective DVDs. Please ensure that you take the following steps to avoid paying additional freight charges:

1. Contact us to obtain authorisation for the refund
2. Return the defective DVD within 14 days of receipt of your order
3. We will then immediately replace the DVD.

If you fail to obtain authorisation, we may have to send the DVD back to you at an additional freight charge.
