Bushwhacked! - Series 2 goes to Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific

Ahead of its launch at MIPTV, Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific has acquired the action packed adventure series Bushwhacked! - Series 2 from the ACTF.

With the launch of Series 2 at MIPTV, the popular Bushwhacked! series has proved to be a favourite with several international broadcasters.

Bushwhacked! will broadcast to more than 44 countries across Germany, Asia, the Pacific, the Indian subcontinent and Middle East with sales of Series 1 and 2 confirmed to Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific for its Discovery Kids channel and Super RTL (Germany).

Shot in different locations around Australia, each episode focuses on a mission where Kayne has to track down one of Australia’s most unique or dangerous animals.

Crisscrossing Australia in search of adventure and Aboriginal culture, the hosts meet wildlife experts and Indigenous communities who help Kayne achieve his mission.

The first series has been picked up by Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific and Super RTL (Germany), Qantas Inflight Entertainment (Australia), Middle East Media (Jordan) and Insular Challenge for Radio Television Brunei with continued interest from several other broadcasters. 

Bushwhacked! Series 1 and Series 2 is produced by Mint Pictures and is distributed internationally by the ACTF.
