Bite-size Teacher Webinar: 2020 My Place Competition

Australian children find themselves living through a historically significant time, and historians of the future will want to know how this looked and felt for children, their families, and their communities. The 2020 My Place Competition asks students to reflect on this moment in time and share their thoughts through creative writing.

Join ALEA Victoria State Director Julie Shepherd and ACTF Curriculum Officer Janine Kelly in this 15-minute chat to learn more about our engaging competition for Years 3–10 students. Participants will learn about free content and resources to scaffold students in their writing, and there will be time for teacher questions.

The ACTF will provide participants with a Zoom link for this session following registration.
