Workshop Outline
Good Media teaching should involve both theory and practice. This PD event, for generalist primary teachers, explores both the theory and practice of the Media Arts Curriculum. The day will showcase contemporary examples of Australian resources that can be used in the primary classroom to develop students’ skills, knowledge and dispositions in media arts appreciation, creation and the use of media related technologies. All resources are aligned with the Australian Curriculum.

This exciting event will bring together presenters from the Australian Teachers of Media, The Australian Children’s Television Foundation and The Song Room.
