New shows - set to make a splash at market
The ACTF will attend MIP Junior and MIPCOM this October with four fantastic new action-packed series for kids.
The line-up includes the highly anticipated comedy Worst Year of My Life, Again!
This 13-part series follows the exploits of Alex King, who wakes on the morning of his 15th birthday only to discover he’s turning 14 again and has to re-live one of the most disastrous years of his life.
Already pre-sold to ABC3 and CBBC, Worst Year of My Life, Again! is currently in post-production and will have its debut broadcast early 2014.
Also in post-production is the 52-part wildlife series WAC (World Animal Championships).
This fact-packed show for inquisitive kids sees animals great and small go head-to-head for supremacy in a range of unique categories.
The next addition to the ACTF catalogue is Handball Heroes. It’s a short form fast-paced documentary style interstitial series.
Handball Heroes is a visual feast - shot entirely on a high-speed camera and combines hand-drawn animation elements with 3D graphics.
The first season of You're Skitting Me was launched at last year's MIPTV. This year, You’re Skitting Me - Series 2 will give fans 13 more episodes of sketch comedy craziness.
The worldwide distribution rights for all four titles are being managed by the ACTF...
