The program for the upcoming Australian Children’s Content Summit (ACCS) will feature digital creators and representatives from the gaming industry, with new sessions focusing on the digital, YouTube and games sectors.
The ACCS has scheduled collaborative forums with YouTube Kids and Family and a session for game developers to connect with producers, buyers, investors and industry leaders.
Now in its third year, the ACCS is Australia’s only dedicated children’s content summit. It provides a platform for connection, collaboration and conversation across the global children’s content industry.
Delegates will have the opportunity to forge industry connections with networking lunches, pitching and marketplace sessions and hear from speakers from broadcast platforms all over the world, including the BBC (UK), KiKA (Germany), CBC (Canada), Amazon Kids+ (USA) and Warner Bros. Discovery (Singapore).
Local speakers include YouTube Creators Australia and New Zealand Lead Sabine Zonderland, ABC Director of Content Jennifer Collins, ABC Acting Head of Children and Family Mary-Ellen Mullane, and ABC Commissioning Editor for Children and Family Amanda Isdale.
Now expanded to be a four-day event, the ACCS will run from Monday 25 August to Thursday 28 August 2025, presented by SLR Productions and hosted by Emma Watkins.
SLR Productions CEO and Australian Children’s Content Summit Founder Suzanne Ryan said: “With children’s content now living across screens, platforms and formats, the Australian Children’s Content Summit is embracing the full creative ecosystem to spark future storytelling. We’re proud to welcome an extraordinary line-up of global broadcasters and a new wave of digital creators, recognising that the future of this industry lies in collaboration across both traditional and emerging spaces.”
Early bird tickets for the summit are available until 1 June. Find out more and purchase tickets here.
