We do not ordinarily collect sensitive information, but if we do, it will be given a higher level of protection in accordance with the Privacy Act.  Sensitive information is a subset of personal information which includes information relating to your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, professional, political or religious affiliations or memberships, sexual orientation or practices, criminal record, health, genetics and biometrics.

The purposes for which we collect, use and disclose personal information include:

Storage & Security

We maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your personal information.  Personal information is stored in encrypted databases, and physical filing accessible only by authorised people. All personal information will be handled and stored in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our obligations under the Australian privacy law.

Each time you use or access our Website our server (via Google Analytics) collects some anonymous information, known as click-stream data, including the type of browser and system you are using; the address of the site you have come from and move to after your visit; the date and time of your visit; and your server's IP address.
