Crazy Fun Park up for a BANFF Rockie Award
At the 22nd annual SPA Awards, held on March 21 on the Gold Coast, the ACTF-supported 100% Wolf: The Book of Hath jointly won Animated Production of the Year alongside Windmill’s Beep and Mort, while the comedy-horror series Crazy Fun Park was named Children’s Production of the Year.
At the same time this was happening, on the other side of the world Crazy Fun Park was selected as a finalist for Best Live Action Series in the Youth Category at the Rockie Awards, held by the Banff World Media Festival.
The 2024 Rockie Awards ceremony will take place during this year’s Banff festival on Tuesday, 11 June.
ACTF Acting CEO Bernadette O’Mahony said: “Australian producers create outstanding children’s television and at the ACTF we’re lucky to partner with some of the best. We’re thrilled to see these wonderful series recognized, both at home and internationally, where Aussie kids’ content really punches above its weight. Congratulations to everyone involved in these fantastic programs!”
