Coming in 2024: Eddie’s Lil’ Homies

Primary teachers, this new year will bring a new favourite series for young AFL fans! Following on from the educational book series of the same name, Eddie’s Lil’ Homies is a 10-part children’s comedy series that will premiere on NITV and Netflix early in 2024.

Outside of home and away from school, the playground is the universe for the ragtag group of friends in this series. It’s a world of competition, imagination and fantasy, where anything and everything is possible, where imaginary friends can be real, games of rock paper scissors can take on stupendous importance, and kindness, empathy and a good rap can help put anything right.

The ACTF is developing educational materials to support teachers in using this new series in the classroom. Stay tuned to our education newsletter for further details.
