Brand new season of Little J and Big Cuz to premiere on NITV

The third season of award-winning children’s series Little J and Big Cuz will premiere on National Indigenous Television (NITV) this month.

Little J and Big Cuz is an animated children’s television show about two Indigenous Australian kids living with their Nanna and Old Dog, exploring the world around them through the gaps in Nanna’s fence and learning all about culture, community and country.

Season 3 will see Big Cuz (voiced by Deborah Mailman) and Little J (Miranda Tapsell) return for more adventures in the schoolyard, backyard and beyond, accompanied by their faithful Old Dog (Aaron Fa’Aoso).

Multi award winning actor Ursula Yovich (Mystery Road and Top End Wedding) voices the role of Nanna following the passing of the much-loved Ningali Lawford Wolf.

Season 3 will follow our favourite cousins as they go on more adventures and navigate some big new responsibilities like pet ownership, pen licenses and rugby captaincy duties.

Little J and Big Cuz will air on NITV Fridays from 17 December at 7:30pm and be available through SBS On Demand and NITV’s interactive Little J and Big Cuz webpage.
