Dance Academy: The Movie 
follows former ballet student Tara Webster, who was destined to become one of the top dancers of her generation before a devastating injury crippled her career.

Over the last eighteen months she has tried to move on and embrace life as a university student but cannot get over her dream of dancing professionally.

Haunted by her past, by the night she was injured, Tara embarks on a near impossible comeback, leaving her life and love behind in Sydney, determined to prove to the ballet world (not to mention herself) she still has what it takes.

Jerry and Salwa lock horns training Mikey. Daddy has his footy debut. Ms Crapper is in full Bullfrog regalia, Tiff’s there with her dads. Daddy misses an important tackle and Mikey cheers him up with some wise words.

Battle of Block Street
It's handball tournament day and Mikey, Salwa and Jerry perform an awesome rap in team outfits Jerry has made. The Battle of Block Street is epic and three players are chosen to represent the school at SASI-WESTS-HAT.

Cape Tribulation in far north Queensland is the home to the unusual and shy Cassowary, one of the world’s largest flightless birds that are high on the endangered species list. The boys track the bird through the rainforest, careful not to come in striking distance of its powerful feet and claws!

The Case of the Missing Solar System
Pixie is horrified when her solar system diorama goes missing, even more so when Miss Tan accuses her of not doing the assignment. Kyle thinks he’s tracked it down when he pulls a crumpled diorama out of the bin, but Pixie is adamant that it’s not hers - she painted all her planets pink and sparkly. Upset that no one believes that she has for once done her homework, Pixie is desperate for Maudie to find out what happened.

ACTF welcomes additional funding and new Board member

It has been an eventful month for the Australian Children’s Television Foundation (ACTF) with the announcement of additional funding, a meeting with the federal Minister for the Arts, and a new Board member appointed by the Federal Government.
