Now Hiring: ACTF Receptionist

We are seeking a warm, engaging and confident Receptionist with a can-do attitude to support our team in Fitzroy. You will be joining an energetic and passionate team.

The role is a full-time, Melbourne-based position (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5PM), commencing as soon as possible.

Major responsibilities include:

Working answering and referring all incoming phone calls to the ACTF
Ensuring visitors are greeted and attended to promptly and courteously
Managing our general inquiries email
Managing all meeting room bookings
Managing all incoming and outgoing mail
Providing administrative support across multiple teams
Filing and other ad-hoc duties
Assisting with office management
Operating a barista-level coffee machine

Previous experience whilst favourable, is not necessary for the role as training will be provided. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level organisation and time management skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
A positive, pro-active, outgoing disposition and approach
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A genuine interest in working in the Screen industry

The position is wholly office based and the successful candidate will be required to work on-site in Fitzroy.
