Now Hiring: ACTF Bookkeeper

We are seeking a capable and organised Bookkeeper to join our team in Fitzroy for a part-time postion (Monday, Wednesday and Friday workdays), commencing as soon as possible. You will be joining an energetic and passionate finance team.

 

Major responsibilities include:

  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Management of both AR and AP functions.
  • Coding invoices and ensuring correct GST treatment.
  • Petty Cash.
  • Posting month-end journals.
  • Taking full control of all digital downloads sales from the ACTF website.
  • Filing and other ad-hoc duties.
  • Administration support to both the finance team and in other areas within the ACTF. This will include supporting the receptionist by answering the phone and providing front desk cover when required.

 

About you:

The ideal candidate is an experienced bookkeeper or someone who has recently completed a Cert 3 in Bookkeeping and looking to make their move in the industry. You will join a dedicated finance team with two finance professionals, and you will share their passion for accounting.

The role is predominantly completed on the accounting program Netsuite and any prior experience with this software will be highly regarded. Further, you will have strong experience with most Microsoft Office products especially Microsoft Excel, and your written and verbal communication skills are excellent.

This role is part-time and based in Fitzroy. The position is wholly office based and the successful candidate will be required to work on-site in Fitzroy.
