Paper Planes, the Robert Connolly directed family film has been named the winner of Australia’s richest film prize.

The family feature film, Paper Planes, will have its world premiere at the Melbourne International film festival in August and will be released in Australian cinemas January 2015.

New animated shorts series, The Flamin’ Thongs is now showing on ABC3.

New kid’s factual series Wacky World Beaters, hosted by Amberley Lobo (Ambo) and newcomer William Gill (Gilly) is showing Sundays 5.50pm on ABC3.

The brand new Australian children’s comedy drama Worst Year of My Life, Again! will have its world premiere Saturday 26 April at 6pm on ABC3.
